It started early in the 1920s. At a market square by Strömmen stood the fisherman's daughter Lisa Elmqvist, surrounded by a rapidly growing crowd of customers. Her fish, seafood, and cooking skills were of such caliber that she quickly found herself where her talent could be fully utilized, at Östermalms Saluhall.
