For Lisa Elmqvist Mat Online

Lisa Elmqvist's Mat Online shop is a service for home delivery of single goods, lunch boxes, picnic trays, gifts, restaurant orders and grocery bags. As a registered user, you agree and certify that you are 18 years of age or older, of legal age and have the full legal right to enter into an agreement with another party. You who register your details become a customer of Lisa Elmqvist. When registering, you choose which product you wish to have delivered and thereby undertake to receive and pay for deliveries of the goods you ordered.

All of our products in our Mat Online store must be ordered at least two days in advance, no later than 12:00 PM, before the desired delivery date. Deliveries are not made on Sundays, Mondays, or public holidays. The reason for requiring a two-day advance order is to ensure that the requested items are available in the store.

Delivery will be made to the address or addresses you provide during registration. The delivery time will be as specified by you.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, Lisa Elmqvist's courier will send a text message with delivery confirmation to the mobile phone number provided during registration. The items will then be left outside your door, and the responsibility for the items will transfer to you as the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for stolen or weather-damaged goods.

The goods are delivered in an unbroken cold chain, which means that perishable items are kept chilled throughout the transport. As a customer, you are responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery.

In case of unforeseen events and/or adverse weather conditions, the goods may be delivered later than scheduled. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance that prevents the delivery of the ordered goods on the delivery evening, no redelivery will be made. A credit will be issued for any payment made for the delivery.

Lisa Elmqvist reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to cancel or reschedule delivery if deemed necessary due to factors such as insufficient customer base in a specific delivery area, force majeure events (war, political unrest, strike, lockout, blockade, or other contractual impediments, fire, accident, or other circumstances beyond Lisa Elmqvist's reasonable control), or other circumstances that substantially hinder or impair the conditions for completing the delivery. In such exceptional cases, you will be informed as soon as possible.

You can only pay by debit card. When payment is made by credit card, we reserve the amount when the order is placed. In the event of a canceled purchase, Lisa Elmqvist follows the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for right of withdrawal and refund.

On invoices, which require a special application to become an invoice customer, we apply a 30-day due date. Bills that are not paid on time or where coverage is missing after a reminder are placed with a reminder fee and then a debt collection order. Lisa Elmqvist reserves the right to check your personal data and carry out a credit report. If the result of the credit report indicates an increased credit risk, Lisa Elmqvist reserves the right to request advance payment by debit card for goods that you ordered by registering via the Lisa Elmqvist website, or to refuse the registration. In the event of a canceled purchase, Lisa Elmqvist follows the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for right of withdrawal and refund.

Any complaints should be reported by you as the customer as soon as possible after delivery. This can be done by emailing matonline@lisaelmqvist.se and specifying the issue. Lisa Elmqvist will review the complaint and compensate approved complaints with the value of the item.

Lisa Elmqvist reserves the right to make changes regarding prices and/or the content of services. All customers will be notified of these changes via SMS, email, or phone based on the information provided at registration, at least two weeks before the change takes effect.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the content according to their specific needs.

We do not deliver products tailored to special needs, such as non-meat or non-pork eaters, allergies, or food sensitivities. You are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists yourself.

Lisa Elmqvist collects and stores registered personal data to fulfill deliveries and to communicate with you about Lisa Elmqvist and its services/products via email, mail, and SMS. As a registered user, you agree that Lisa Elmqvist may communicate with you using the contact details you provided regarding Lisa Elmqvist's products and services for an indefinite period until you actively opt out of further communication from Lisa Elmqvist. Lisa Elmqvist will only disclose personal data to (a) third parties as necessary to fulfill the delivery (primarily partners such as courier services), or to (b) an affiliated company under the same controlling influence as Lisa Elmqvist for the purpose of completing our delivery to you or communicating with you about our products. Lisa Elmqvist does not sell personal data to third parties. Payment details with your card number are never stored or handled on Lisa Elmqvist's servers.

You are responsible for updating your information on the website to enable Lisa Elmqvist to fulfill its obligations. Lisa Elmqvist is not responsible for consequences that may arise from outdated customer information, such as incorrect entry codes, phone numbers, or delivery addresses.
