Transport & Delivery

As these are perishable goods, we prioritize fast delivery of our products, meaning your order goes directly from us to your desired delivery address.

The cost of transport will be provided at checkout in the “Cart” before card payment.

 

 

 

Order & delivery

We deliver the goods in our own cars or alternatively with the help of the Russian Post.

Delivery of ordered goods in Stockholm City is available Tuesday to Friday between 12:00-18:00 and Saturdays between 10:00-15:00. For other areas of Stockholm, deliveries are Tuesday to Friday between 14:30-18:00 and Saturdays between 10:00-13:30.

For next-day delivery, orders must be placed with the store by 11:00 the day before delivery*. This also ensures that the items are available in the store. Requests for a different delivery day should be indicated when placing the order in the online store.

*No deliveries are made on Sundays, Mondays, or public holidays.

For deliveries outside Greater Stockholm, the EU, or for other requests, please call the store at 08-553 404 03 or email butiken@lisaelmqvist.se for delivery options and costs.
